Refund Policy

At Reverius Watch Company, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Reverius watch, our refund policy is designed to be consumer-friendly while protecting our company from potential abuse.
Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- Timeframe: You must request a refund within 14 days of receiving your watch.
- Condition: The watch must be returned in its original condition, with protective stickers still on, with no signs of wear or damage, and in its original packaging with user guide and original warranty certificate attached.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, must be provided.
Non-Refundable Items
Certain items are non-refundable, including:
- Gift Cards: All gift card sales are final and cannot be refunded.
- Customized Watches: Watches that have been personalized or customized are not eligible for refunds.
Process for Requesting a Refund
- Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at returns@reverius.com within 14 days of receiving your watch to initiate a return. Please provide your order number, watch serial number and reason for the return.
- Receive a Return Authorization: Once your request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return your watch.
- Return the Watch: Carefully pack the watch in its original packaging and include the RA number. Ship the watch back to the address provided by our customer service team. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Inspection and Refund
- Inspection: Upon receiving your returned watch, our quality assurance team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.
- Approval: If the watch is in its original condition, your refund will be processed. If the watch does not meet the criteria, you will be notified, and the watch will be returned to you.
- Refund Method: Approved refunds will be credited to the original method of payment within 10 business days of the return approval.
Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange your watch for a different model, please follow the refund process and place a new order for the desired watch once your refund is processed.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective watch, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your watch. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.

- Fraud Prevention: To protect against fraud, Reverius Watch Company reserves the right to refuse refunds for items that do not meet the above criteria or that appear to be intentionally damaged.
- Policy Changes: We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will apply to purchases made after the date of the change.
